Once we have received your signed contract you will be assigned with an Ofika Buddy. Your buddy will be your dedicated point of contact and will manage your account from start to finish, your Ofika Buddy will: Organise the delivery of your printer with you remotely set up all your drivers and make sure that as soon as the printer arrives all you need to to is plug it in and print. Answer any billing or account related issues. We also offer dedicated training for you and your staff on how to get the most out of your printer. We will be there for you to fix any problems you may have with your device and help you trouble-shoot and solve any technical problems.


Ofika
Print Guarantee
We know when your going to run out of toner and automatically ship it to you as part of your subscription package when you need it. We guarantee that you will always have enough toner to print. If you ever run out of toner we will give you two months subscription for free.
